Participation Agreement

Congratulations on your acceptance into the Bergen LEADS Class of 2024! 

Participant Statement

By making a payment towards my tuition I am agreeing to the following terms as conditions of my participation in the Bergen LEADS program. I agree to:

  • Pay $2,500 tuition as agreed.

    • Tuition may be paid in full upon receipt of invoice, or payment terms may be arranged by contacting Donna Leibe 201.489.9333 or dleibe@bergenvolunteers.org.

    • Tuition must be paid in full by December 31, 2023 unless other arrangements have been made.

    • A $300 deposit is due on or before August 1, 2023 to secure your spot.

    • If employer is paying tuition, you may request an invoice from Donna at dleibe@bergenvolunteers.org.

  • Attend all seminar days, unless excused for illness or emergency. I understand that missing more than one seminar will put my participation in the program at risk. If I received scholarship assistance and do not attend seminars, I will be asked to reimburse the program for my scholarship award.

  • Be fully present at each seminar, conducting business only during breaks. This includes the use of phones, tablets, and laptops.

  • Participate in the class project and support the efforts of my team and my class. I understand that, though some time will be provided during the class, the project will require group work outside of the seminar days.

  • Allow Bergen Volunteers to use images and video of me from the program to promote Bergen LEADS.

  • All information shared and generated through the program is property of Bergen Volunteers.
