Important Program Update
After careful evaluation and thoughtful discussion, the Bergen Volunteers’ Board of Directors has made the very difficult decision to pause the upcoming Bergen LEADS 2027 cohort. This choice was not made lightly, and it reflects the unavoidable realities of our current financial resources as well as a limited level of registration for the next cycle.

What this means for you: While the upcoming cohort is on pause, our commitment to your leadership development remains as strong as ever. Very soon, you will be part of our esteemed alumni network, and we are shifting our focus to support our alumni directly. Over the coming year, we will be hosting targeted, high-value leadership development and networking sessions exclusively for our Bergen LEADS alumni.
We will share more details about these specific leadership and networking opportunities with you soon, and we sincerely hope you will join us to continue your leadership journey. We look forward to staying closely connected and working together to make a lasting impact in Bergen County.
