Dear Company Volunteer Coordinator:
The holiday season can be a joyous time for many people. However, for those living with illness, poverty or other hardships the holidays can be difficult.
How can you help? You and your co-workers can provide holiday cheer in a number of ways through the 2009 All Wrapped Up Holiday Giving Program,
including:
•Adopt-a-Family:
Families range in size from two people to large, extended families; all are in need of more than just one gift. Plan to spend about $50 per family member in the family you "adopt."
•Heart to Heart:
Donors "adopt" an individual child, adult or senior and provide gifts and other items to meet the needs of that individual. . Plan to spend about $50 for each individual you "adopt."
•Cash Contribution:
Many individuals and families need assistance with food and utility bills, and many parents would cherish the opportunity to purchase gifts for their children themselves. Your cash contribution can be used to purchase gift certificates or pay utility bills.
•Holiday Gifts:
Some agencies submit requests for generic or specific gifts for their clients. You can commit to providing a specified number of gifts and we will match you with an agency.
If your company would like to participate in All Wrapped Up this holiday season, please
click here to download the form
to be completed.
Once you have finished entering all of the information, click the Submit Form button on the bottom of the form If you prefer, you can also print out the form and submit by fax or mail (see address and fax below)
PLEASE SUBMIT INFORMATION BY ONE METHOD ONLY TO AVOID DUPLICATION. When we receive your form, we'll match you with the appropriate agency whose needs match your resources.
Don't put this letter aside,
thinking that you've got plenty of time to take care of it later-we must receive your form by December 4 to provide enough time for processing before the holidays. We've already received a number of agency requests and will begin matching on November 2 (and on a first-come, first-served basis).
If
you have questions, please don't hesitate to call me, at the Volunteer Center at 201-489-9454, x118 or e-mail me at

Thank you and best wishes for a wonderful holiday season.
Sincerely,
Debbie Emery
